1. Our Products:
a) Descriptions and Photography
The products sold by Splendid Curtain and Blinds are either photographed or digitally produced and are accurately displayed on our website (https://orders.spcb.shop). Due to variations in electronic displays and monitor settings, the actual color and shading of products may appear different from their digital representation. We strongly recommend requesting a free sample before placing your order to ensure satisfaction with the color and quality. While Splendid Curtain and Blinds makes every effort to ensure delivered goods match any sample or description shown, minor variations between samples and finished products may occur and will not be considered grounds for rejection, including:
- Fabric & dye variations: Minor differences in tone and saturation may occur when dyes are applied to natural and synthetic fabrics. We cannot guarantee products ordered separately will be from the same fabric batch.
b) Measurements
Products are manufactured according to customer-provided measurements. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements of windows, curtain poles, or tracks. If unsure about measurements or products, please contact our customer service team via email at help@orders.spcb.shop before placing your order, or consult our online measuring guide. Customers must verify product details and measurements in their order confirmation email. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect measurements as these are custom-made products.
c) Made to Measure Products
Made to measure products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, including curtains, cushions, and tiebacks. As these items are specifically made for you, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins. It is crucial to be certain about your product choice and measurements. We recommend utilizing our free sample service before ordering. Splendid Curtain and Blinds cannot be held responsible if you are dissatisfied with the color or quality of the product. Double-checking your order details is strongly advised. This policy complies with Pakistani consumer protection laws while protecting your statutory rights.
d) Ready Made Products
Returns are accepted for ready-made curtains within 7 working days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resalable condition with heading tapes intact. Please contact us via email at return@orders.spcb.shop to arrange returns. We recommend using a reliable courier service TCS or Lepord for returns. Upon verification of the product's condition, we will process a full refund, excluding original delivery charges. Return shipping costs are not refundable. e) Tolerance
Our skilled professionals cut fabric as accurately as possible within a variance of +/- 5mm (3cm for soft fabric products like curtains). Orders within these tolerance limits cannot be rejected or replaced.
f) Fabric
Due to the dyeing process, fabric batches may vary slightly in shade. We cannot guarantee exact shade matching with previous orders or samples. For patterned fabrics, samples may not display the complete pattern or color range. Please contact our customer service team for detailed information if uncertain.
2. Order Processing and Contract:
a) Order Cancellation or Amendments
By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract under Pakistani law. While made-to-measure products are non-refundable once production begins, cancellations with full refunds are possible before production starts. Contact us immediately for cancellations or changes to check if production has commenced. We strongly advise reviewing order confirmation emails for accuracy.
b) Ordering Process
Order details will be confirmed via email. Customers are responsible for verifying all specifications before confirmation. We maintain detailed records of all orders but cannot accept claims for incorrect specifications after order confirmation.
3. Prices
All prices shown at checkout and in confirmation emails are final. Prices include all applicable taxes under Pakistani law. Delivery charges to certain areas may vary and will be communicated before order confirmation.
4. Payment
Orders through Splendid Curtain and Blinds website require full payment at the time of delivery. You can pay us online. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All online transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols. Payment processing complies with State Bank of Pakistan regulations and Pakistani banking laws. Further note that in case of an order more than Rs. 20k; we require a FULL PAYMENT BEFORE ORDER PROCESSING.

6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimated at order placement. Standard delivery within Lahore typically takes 7-10 working days from Order and payment confirmation. Delivery to other cities in Pakistan may require additional time. Specific delivery dates will be provided through order tracking once the order is confirmed. Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside Lahore. We recommend not scheduling installation until products have been received and inspected.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
